Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 24 hours). If you would like to change your order, please <a href=”#”>email us</a> as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How do you charge for shipping?

In our promotional stage, shipping is free for the US.

Sexzutra Sex Shop ship internationally? And how much?

In the first stage, it will only be sent to the USA.

Afterwards we will send international and can order from anywhere in the world and our products will reach you directly.

The cost depends on the weight, see above for the breakdown of shipping costs. When the international shipping service is available, we will inform you in a timely manner.

Will my order arrive discreetly packaged?

Yes! We take your privacy and discretion seriously. Your package will simply indicate it’s come from a shipping warehouse Compralotodo.com, nothing more. Your secret is safe with us 😉

Will I be required to pay customs or duty fees if I’m outside the US?

All items are shipped from our US warehouse. The customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be incurred if your package crosses a border. Please check your country’s customs regulations if you have and further questions.

In a first stage, Sexzutra will only make deliveries within the territory of the USA.

Sexzutra Sex Shop accept returns?

For sanitary purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 5 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.

In your return package please include:

  • The original packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.
